Introducing our little (colorable) guide to fantastical creatures! Completely in chibi style, with the art of Furiarossa and Mimma, it features a series of illustrations of adorable fantastical creatures from around the world (the oriental dragon is a bit of a "mascot" for this coloring book, so much so that it even features in the decorations on the text pages), ready to be completed by your imagination. Unleash your imagination with fun color palettes! Imagine your favorite backgrounds!
And of course, since Fire Cacti are always Fire Cacti, and we can't make books that are too "low-content," each creature is accompanied by a short description (canon-compliant for our narrative universe, of course ;)) that often explains the creature's origin, the etymology of its name, or other cute details.
Who knows, maybe we can find some bits of "weird" lore among the texts...
Anyway, it's been a while since we've done something light and fun for everyone, including children, huh?
Right now, the world, especially for all of us creatives, is a "heavy" moment, isn't it? Too many bad things are happening all at once. They say coloring can help people release some stress, so... even though we usually produce novels and comics, we thought we'd collaborate with our regular artists to bring out this inexpensive, small gift. You can give it to your kids (or yourself; remember, coloring and learning mythology are hobbies for everyone!), and it's handy enough to take with you even during the holidays (for those who can afford them, of course).
(Hmm... sooner or later we'll have to make a large coloring book too. A big, huge one, with cascading lore and more intricate details, made just for adults. But for now, let's start with a smaller project.)
The little book is available both in English and Italian!

P.S.: If you actually buy the book (thank you so much! And we hope you have a blast!) and want to show us the results of one or more colored pages, we'd be thrilled! You can tag us on social media (bluesky is probably our most active one, but you can find us in tons of places), link us down in the comments, or whatever way you'd like us to see them. We'd be thrilled not only to see how you used colors to complete the pages (it would be like collaborating with you! Yahoo!), but also to share your work and maybe even dedicate a post to it in the "fanart of the day" tag.
Have fun, little sprouts!
And may creativity always be with you,
- Fire Cacti
