Notes:- Usually wears round glasses, cute sweaters and high-quality clothes. He used to dress up only in suits and fancy clothes, even when in his own home, and avoid using glasses when it wasn't necessary, but started to change his wardrobe during and after the events of Bloodhound- The man Without Silence.

An
eccentric, cuddly supervillain that lives among organized chaos,
obsessed with food, music, books and technology. And his BFF Sheldon.
He has a pretty personal concept of morality and won't stop talking,
for heaven's sake. Even if he's a super-confident, cheerful individual
for most of the time, he may suffer of panic attacks after a traumatic
experience that occurred to him and that he doesn't like to talk about,
and the best way for him to be anchored and calmed down is through
touch.

Technolord with style
While Victor has never been shown to possess a special power (and may have one that is completely irrelevant or none at all), that hasn't stopped him from dreaming big! And try to take the world. How? With technology. The other people around him have only one power at a time, but his hyper-futuristic armors allow him to do many things at once: shoot fire, fly, punch with unprecedented strength, analyze the vicinity and protect himself from gunshots. Victor started building his first prototypes when he was very young and has become increasingly good, even if, somehow, it's not all his own work... but his helpers are all dead and they will never be able to tell the truth, hehe. Victor's armors, similar to small zords (Japanese armed robots, those who sometimes combine!), often have strange designs, sometimes resembling medieval warriors, or pagan gods or even aliens, and their appearance has intrigued many scholars and artists.
Guns and butterflies
According
to some, Victor Lupis is a soulless monster, akin to the robots he
builds, the cold machines he uses to terrorize the population and keep
an entire nation in check. In reality Victor feels much more akin to the
organic world than to that of machines: he loves the infinite variety
of species, the nuances, the differences, the immense spectrum of
evolutionary variability. Maybe that's why he breeds butterflies. Or
maybe there's something else underneath, a mystery that dates back to
his youth...

He has a fluffy, tiny pet cat. Her name is Crystal and she has grey fur and a bad attitude.
